.... Okay, so they don't stand by where they say " 100% Money back guarantee on each item, Refund/Exchange within 2 weeks if dissatisfaction. You just mail the item back in the original condition, you will get your money back. Shipping fees and return shipping charges are non-refundable, Amoxicillin Dosage For Sinus Infection japan. No exceptions! Good to know.

My response back to him/her was:

According to EMS tracking, the item was shipped on the 27th.

The quality is not bad, but it is not a DRESS. It does not look anything like the picture, 10mg Amoxicillin Dosage For Sinus Infection, and I am very angry. I will never buy from your shop again and I will tell others not to buy either.

Your auction listing says "100% satisfaction" and returns for any reason, Amoxicillin Dosage For Sinus Infection. You don't stand behind that?

I won't bother shipping it back... but I think I will do what Therese suggested and wait till the 90 days to leave negative feedback.

I tried it on and it barely comes to the bottom of my backside. The low-waist falls at the bottom of my ribcage. 200mg Amoxicillin Dosage For Sinus Infection, The only way this would fit the way it's shown in the picture is if the wearer was about 8 inches shorter than me. (Making them 4'6").

I think that I'm going to cut mine up and use parts of it for the costume contest piece - one way or another, SOMEONE is going to wear this dress to the tea!

Don't buy from this seller unless you wanna get ripped off..

  1. Oh, this is a real dress? Argh. Well, I would cheerfully point out to her all her awful feedback regarding the same issues. Coercing people to do feedback retractions like she’s done is horrible. I wish eBay made it more plain to see. Thank goodness for Toolhaus.

  2. I didn’t see the auction, but usually the 29.5″ length for a dress would be measured from the waist, not the shoulder – which is what it sounds like she did.

Neg that bitch on the last possible day, file the Paypal “item not as represented” claim, and… what the hell is a gallus? Does she mean collar?

I’m sorry this is happening. :(

  3. I forgot to mention this previously. Negative feedback aside the WORST thing you can do to her is open a dispute via eBay’s dispute panel. eBay doesn’t pay any attention to negative feedback unless a user reaches -3 or so. Since she has a lot of positive feedback (for some reason) this won’t happen. But eBay has a “three strikes your out” rule about filed disputes which they don’t make very clear. Filing a dispute is the best thing people can do against bad sellers to get them removed from eBay.

Since she didn’t send everything in the item pictured you can report her as a “non performing seller”.

Hope this helps! And if two people have already filed disputes before you may actually be dooming her. ;)

  4. I agree with Bunny! You should file a dispute with eBay — if for no other reason than to expose them. It seems like they are trying to lay the real blame on others. The negs/neuttrals look to be of the standard variety, yet their responses are all in caps & seriously defensively angry.

When I first looked at their auction photos, I got a “they’re using someone else’s photos” vibe. (The photos they show look more like “personals ad” photos than “dresses for sale a la catalog,” to me anyway.)

I’m sorry to hear that things did not turn out well. :(
