Walmart Erythromycin

Walmart Erythromycin, Man, that took forever!  We got there at 6 and didn't get home till almost 9.  I'm glad the guy was thorough, though...

The inspection went reasonably well, and there was only one surprise - that someone had started building up the chimney but had not actually finished it by capping it.  (We're going to ask the seller to finish it before we move in because it presents an issue with water getting in and ruining the inside of the chimney.  It should have been done already.)

In good news, the seller's disclosure was wrong and the house is not 60 amp, rather 120 so we don't need to have to upgrade it.  Unfortunately, the circuit breaker control panel is seriously obsolete and needs to be replaced.  It's not super pressing, but it's something I'd like to take care of ASAP.

The water heater is good, but could use a new tank within the next year, 50mg Walmart Erythromycin.

The furnace is about 60 years old, but it is the old fashioned water-boiling type.  It's a sturdy piece of machinery, though, and in theory if it is routinely maintained it could run forever.  Down the road I'd like to update it, but it's not a priority.

The range is probably around 60 years old.  It has two tiny ovens; one is a broiler and has a built-in spit. I have the feeling that if I were attempting to purchase it on eBay, it would be very expensive.  I am looking online for it, 500mg Walmart Erythromycin, and the most similar thing I can find is a 1952 Hotpoint Electric Range.  It is adorable and hopefully works well... it is a good brand, Walmart Erythromycin.

Not only is it good, it's super.  Not only is it super, it's SUPER-MATIC.

Here is the lovely stovage.  You can also see the chicken wallpaper I mentioned before.

The fireplace which had been advertised as woodburning is actually gas... and it is not particularly safe to use.  As in, to light it you just turn on the gas and... Walmart Erythromycin, light it.  Directly off the gas. O_O  Yeah, Walmart Erythromycin craiglist, we're just not going to use it until we get it updated.

The roof is good, the foundation is good... primarily, it's just issues of needing to update. Oh, and we need to install a shower.  Currently there is only a bathtub. 10mg Walmart Erythromycin, Oh, here is my future workbench.  We still don't know if the tools will stay or go.  Honestly, they could take all of them and I'd still be happy witht he broad expanse of glorious desk.  However, if they want to leave that drillpress, I'm not going to complain.

They may also be leaving some furniture... it seems that the kids have taken most everything they want already.  We said that they could leave whatever they don't want.  We'll use what we like and freecycle the rest.  There is some talk of the curios in the living room... the lady who lived there apparently collected dolls.  When she heard we did too, it sounded more like she would leave the curios.  They're not big enough for BJD, Walmart Erythromycin ebay, but it would sure be cool.

  1. I would say I am jealous, because its a gorgeous little house with a lot of quirky little details. I saw the pics on Junkets blog too and this place is just… wow! Congratulations and general happy joy!!

  2. That looks like a perfect place for you! Wow! Although I’m surprised you want to change the fireplace; most buyers LIKE gas fireplaces and they’re a selling pint in this area because of ease of use.

  3. Oh goodness look at all those drawers and cabinets! I would be in heaven with all of that organizational stuff surrounding me. I am trying to buy a house too, your process seems to be go so much smoother than mine. The one I am after is a bank repo. I put in an offer and found out there was another higher offer but they wanted the bank to fix the place and they had bad credit.

A week after I put in my offer the bank owning the house went bankrupt and I am still sitting in limbo land waiting for them to go to court. I found out this week that the other offer withdrew. The court can accept my offer and be done with the house (Since I put up almost all cash) or they can reject and send it to auction or HUD. Which I can also live with. I just hate all this dragging of feet. Should have only taken 2 weeks from filing for them to sort this out and its now going on 2 months!

I love the look of that old range, glad you found a house you like
