Check this Y!J Auction.  I’ve never heard of this customizer, but this Crystal head is gorgeous!

Another pretty Y!J auction where the artist doesn’t have a website… reposting the pictures here for archive.

I love the pink nose and cheeks…. the whole thing is just really nice!  I never understand why some artists list their heads in the “junk” section. This one’s price has jumped up into normal School A range - good!  I hope they get a nice price for it. :)

This is probably the coolest Unoa boy I’ve ever seen.  The way he’s painted and modified makes him look much older (and more “with it”) than most Unoa boys I’ve seen.  Very, very nice!

This auction’s ending soon and the seller doesn’t seem to have a website, so I’m going to post some additional pictures here for posterity.

Another beautiful thing by an artist who doesn’t have a webpage… looking over the auction, it looks like the seamstress is “Rosa Dorata.”  Does anyone else have any more information on this seamstress?

I love the lines of this and the deep burgundy accent.  It’s beautifully done… and I hope to see more.

I frequently troll Y!J for items listed as “junk.” This head was listed and started ridiculously low - when I first saw the auction, it was only at 7,000 yen. (About $55?). Happily, the price has shot up. This is a beautiful head!

I love the gauzey airbrush work and the long, soft eyelashes. The shape of the brows is very pretty as well!

The artist doesn’t have a webpage, so I am posting the pictures here directly for posterity. Here is the wigless pic.

Anyone have more information on this artist?

Y!J Link: Cantabile +　ボークス フルチョイス No.16 ヘッドカスタム

This F-16 by Cantabile is really unique and well-presented. Smoldering eyes, custom Enchanted Doll(?), really tie in the tawny colors and mauve tones of the faceup. I really enjoy the longer, criss-crossed eyelashes… particularly how their thickness and intensity increases toward the outside corners of the eyes.

I’m not sure if I like this one better as a boy or girl. It’s stunning either way.

This is another faceup like that Hagnos Michael… one that is beautiful but slightly disconcerting.  I love the overall look of the faceup and the distant, lost expression of the doll… but it has those little details that are slightly worrisome.  The thick, crisscrossing eyebrow hairs and that consumptive blushing.  Love the lips.  Charming, ill, and gorgeous.

This dress is gorgeous. The doll wearing it is gorgeous. The many layers of lace of lace and gauze make it into a stunning piece of work, very fairy-tale like and charming. She ships to bidders outside Japan, if you can write to her in Japanese to ask! Makes me wish I had an SD10 girl!

She also has another outfit up right now.

I wasn’t sure what this doll was until I looked at the name - this is a Yori!  Wow.  Yori is a beautiful doll, but I suppose I’ve never seen a “big name” customizer take her on before.  I really like the way the eyelashes and brows are painted… in general, I love the floofy, dreamy feeling of the whole faceup.  One thing I’ll definitely say for Asian customizers - they really seem to know how to photograph and present dolls for sale.  Look at the beautiful choice for eyes and wig.  Even though she isn’t anyone’s cherished doll yet, she’s already almost a character.
